Our Events Team at Four Oaks will be here for you every step of the way. We are passionate about tailoring all aspects of your event to make your visions come to life. With dedicated staff, elegant ballrooms and exceptional cuisine, we are here to ensure success and provide you with memories to last a lifetime. All of our guests can expect to receive next-level service from our events team from the initial inquiry, to the day of coordination, we ensure a seamless experience.

Can we bring our own food?

Four Oaks Country Club is a full service venue. We have our own banquet kitchen that is run by our Executive Banquet Chef. We provide all that your event may need food wise. We do allow outside desserts to be brought in.

Can we bring in our own decorations?

We do allow guests to come in 90 minutes prior to their event to decorate the room. Our only restrictions are that we do not allow anything to be affixed to the walls or windows, everything must be free standing. We also do not allow glitter, confetti, balloons with confetti, sand or birdseed.

How do I reserve the event space?

In order to reserve the event space, we require a $500 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable. This can be done over the phone or in person with a card, check or cash. Once we receive your deposit, we then send out a contract that needs to be signed and dated within 72 hours of receiving it. Once these two are received and complete, the space is reserved.
