Sally has been in the restaurant business for 30 years now. She started her career as a bartender at a local establishment, where she found her drive for the restaurant world. She soon found herself managing restaurants for the rest of her career. In the midst of it all she purchased and operated a small French bistro of her own. For the past 3 years she has had the pleasure of managing Grazie Italian Restaurant here at Four Oaks. If Sally is not buzzing around the dining room, she is at home baking cookies with her grandchildren.
